Repair and Servicing Information

Ken's Sewing Center offers a full service department with over 30 years experience. We service everything we sell, backed up by technicians that are trained by the factory on all the latest sewing machines and sergers on the market today.

For our local customers we offer same day service and 1000 free lessons on all new sewing machines and sergers, any model and any price!

For our long distance customers, we accept any repair via U.P.S. Usually we can repair and re-ship within one working day!

By giving free estimates on all repairs that are not covered under warranty, we eliminate all fears that you will be overcharged or that unnecessary work will be done to your machine.
When packing your repair, just put a note inside describing the problem, and we will call you with an exact estimate before the work is done, whether you ask for an estimate or not.

1. We offer a no interest, no fee 6 month layaway program through our store. The 6 month layaway plan works like this: I ask for a 10% down payment. Once this payment is made you can pay for the item as you wish within the 6 month layaway period. Once it is paid off , we ship the item to you. The layaway plan is a free service we provide.
